The L-com LCANED1003 is a high performance, two element exposed folded dipole antenna designed to operate from 138 to 174 MHz for VHF frequency band communication systems. The LCANED1003 has 7.6 dBi / 5.45 dBd of high gain and can be used for long distance communications over a wide range of applications. The LCANED1003 is ideal for boosting radar, GPR/WPR, FM Radio, TV broadcasts, public safety, LMR / PMR and aviation. The folded exposed dipole LCANED1003 has 35 vertical beamwidth and 210 horizontal beamwidth. This antenna has Vertical polarization, and the included mounting kit allows for very easy and quick time installations with less effort. These exposed dipoles are already tuned to be Quarter wavelength away from the mast and do not require any further field adjustments.
