The Infineon XENSIVTM TLE4922 is an active mono cell Hall sensor ideally suited for detecting the motion and position of ferromagnetic and permanent magnet structures. An additional self-calibration module has been implemented to achieve optimum accuracy during normal running operation. There are two different types of our TLE4922 available, the TLE4922-XAN and the TLE4922-XIN version. Both types have passed qualification at Tj=155°C. The difference of both devices consists in their field of usage and the duration of the qualification run.TLE4922-XAN type has passed 2000 hour qualification run and is suited for speed measurements in 2-wheeler application with asupply voltage of 9VTLE4922-XIN has passed 5000 hour qualification run being suitable for 12V automotive applications
