At Octopart, we're always looking for ways to make the experience better for the engineers, purchasers, and designers who rely on us every day. Many of our best improvements start the same way: with feedback from our community.
Today, we're excited to announce that Dark Mode is now available on Octopart.
Whether you're comparing parts late into the evening, working in a dim lab, or simply prefer a darker interface, you can now choose the experience that works best for you.

Open the menu, go to Appearance, and choose your Theme:
Octopart matches your browser by default, and your choice sticks between sessions.

One of the things we appreciate most about the Octopart community is your willingness to tell us what works, what doesn't, and where we can improve.
Every piece of feedback helps us make better decisions about where to invest our time, and Dark Mode is a direct result of listening to the people who use Octopart every day.
It's one of many enhancements we're making to improve the overall experience and we're just getting started.
Dark Mode is just one step in our ongoing effort to make Octopart faster, more intuitive, and more enjoyable to use.
We have many more improvements already in the works, and we can't wait to share them with you over the coming months. From usability enhancements to new capabilities, we're continuing to invest in making Octopart the best place to discover, compare, and source electronic components.
Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to send us feedback, submit feature requests, or simply tell us about your experience.
Your input genuinely influences how Octopart evolves. We may not be able to build every idea, but we carefully consider every suggestion and use your feedback to help guide our roadmap.
Dark Mode is one example of that commitment, and it's certainly not the last.
Thank you for helping us build a better Octopart. We're excited for what's coming next.
