Optocoupleurs (photocoupleurs)

Les optocoupleurs sont des dispositifs électroniques qui utilisent la lumière pour transférer un signal entre deux circuits isolés galvaniquement

Un optocoupleur permet la transmission d'un signal électrique entre deux circuits isolés. Pour ce faire, l'optocoupleur utilise une LED infrarouge et un dispositif photosensible qui détecte la lumière. Lorsqu'un courant est appliqué à l'optocoupleur, le capteur optique détecte la lumière infrarouge émise par la LED. Cela amène le dispositif photosensible à transmettre le courant, alimentant ainsi le deuxième appareil.
