These data selectors/multiplexers contain inverters and drivers to supply full binary decoding data selection to the AND-OR gates. Separate strobe (G) inputs are provided for each of the two 4-line sections. The SN54F153 is characterized for operation over the full military temperature range of -55oC to 125oC. The SN74F153 is characterized for operation from 0oC to 70oC.
