L-com's premium TRG503-T4T-05M waterproof M12 cable assembly is here for your roughest and most demanding applications. Built with high flex, industrial outdoor CMX rated, double shielded, FR-TPE cable and using IP68 rated M12 connectors, this cable is as robust as they come. It is designed to exceed Ethernet Category 5e standards to ensure network throughput even in harsh industrial, outdoor and factory environments. A double shielded design with both overall foil and braid shields provides maximum protection from data corrupting EMI and RFI. Premium M12 cables are also excellent for PoE applications to eliminate extra power cords from your cable set-up. Our TRG503-T4T-05M is built with special, high flex 24AWG stranded conductors making it suitable for continuous motion applications. The cable is rated to 1 and 10 million flex cycles tested to 10 and 20 times the cable diameter respectively. The FR-TPE jacket is resistant to sunlight (UV), oils, chemicals and weld spatter and maintains a UL CMX flame rating. The D-code M12 connectors are IP68 rated when properly mated and their secure threaded design makes accidental disconnects almost impossible which protects your critical applications from failure. The TRG503-T4T family is terminated with a M12 4 position (pole) D-code female jack to a M12 4 position (pole) D-code female jack. TRG503-T4T-05M is 0.5 meters (1.64 feet) in length and industrial teal in color. M12 female to female cables are great for bridging or extending existing wiring when your length requirements change or you just need a longer cable run.
