Fairview Microwave's SSMC torque wrench, ST-SSMC2, is a 5/32 bit screwdriver type that is preset to 2 in-lbs and designed to use with SSMC connectors. This screwdriver type SSMC torque wrench allows accurate mating force when assembling and disassembling a variety of RF coaxial connectors. The unique feature of screwdriver type wrenches is that they will internally slip once the preset torque value is achieved, eliminating any chance of over tightening the coupling nut on the connector. Screwdriver type torque wrenches are useful for hard to reach connectors.
