The HMC546 is a fail-safe SPDT switch in a leadless DFN surface-mount plastic package or an 8-lead MSOP8G surface-mount package for use in transmit-receive and LNA protection applications that require very low distortion and high power handling of up to 10 W. The device can control signals from 200 MHz to 2700 MHz* and is especially suited for cellular booster, WiMAX and WiBro repeaters, and PMR and automotive telematic applications. The design provides exceptional P0.1 dB of 40 dBm and 65 dBm IIP3 on the Transmit (Tx) port.
