The Infineon TLE4999C8-S0001 is a dual channel linear Hall sensor with a bus-capable digital Short-PWM-Code (SPC) interface. The Infineon TLE4999C8 S-0001 provides all means that are necessary to fulfill the state-of-the-art functional safety requirements on system level. It is developed in full compliance with ISO 26262. The device provides high redundancy on one chip by means of two sensor elements included within one monolithic silicon design. The two diverse Hall sensor elements („main” and „sub”) have internally separated signal paths within the chip.The sensor is developed in compliance to ISO 26262 (first edition 2011), supporting safety requirements on system level rated up to ASIL C. The product offers a high magnetic sensitivity drift of 2.5%. Furthermore the noise main channel is 1 LSB12 and sub channel 4 LSB12.
