The Infineon XENSIVTM magnetic Hall switch TLE4945L was designed for automotive and industrial applications. Reverse polarity protection is included on-chip as is output protection against negative voltage transients. This sensor is a bipolar switch and can be used in industrial and home applications for current commutation in brushless drives (BLDC). Many applications require conventional block commutation – and Hall switches are the ideal solution. Furthermore our XENSIVTM magnetic switches are deployed in body application in classic automotive areas such as window lift modules.
