The HPX series pressure sensors provides easy to use, miniature size, low cost, accurate sensing in two package configurations. The gage devices come in a 6-pin dual-in-line package (DIP) and the absolute devices come in an 8-pin surface mount SOIC (small outline integrated circuit) package. Both sensor styles are non-amplified and non-calibrated. The user can provide the HPX series sensors with amplification and signal conditioning circuitry to meet specific application requirements. The sensors feature a Wheatstone bridge construction, silicon piezoresistive technology, and ratiometric output for proven application flexibility, design simplicity and ease of manufacturing. These devices are intended for use with non-corrosive, non-ionic working fluids such as air and dry gases.
